Great music and great talent were represented during the "Keepin' It Live" Winter Showcase at Reef Lounge last Thursday night. Presented by UCI, hosted Ryan J & Verse Mega, the showcase was created to present some of the best up and coming R&B, Hip Hop and Reggae artists Philadelphia has to offer. The night kicked off with a competition between local artists (Big Cuz, Jas, Young Jeez), to win a featured spot in a future "Keepin It Live" show. Keep an eye out for the next showcase date to see who came out on top... Hand picked and backed by a live band, featured artists Rena Faith, Rafiya, Lady Mystic, Raw Beauty and David Live performed in front of an energetic crowd, eager to hear live and original music.
